Powerpoint Design Services
We specialize in CUSTOM PowerPoint design. Anyone can buy the wonderful software that manufacturers offer today. BUT, who has the time to learn how to use it efficiently and effectively? WE DO! Your time is valuable, give us your raw material and allow us to create a unique, professional-looking presentation that your audience will remember.

Please contact us for a free quotation on your project. We'll ensure your presentation will have a carefully designed, consistent and polished look. We can work from a storyboard, text files, or a simple outline. Your input combined with our creativity and professional design experience will result in an effective presentation with IMPACT. We can design a custom template that your company can use, or we can produce the entire presentation for you from start to finish, usually in a week or less.

Why Use Slides?
They are great for presentations to a variety of audience sizes, especially large groups. Slides feature fine detail, high resolution and clear, bright color. Slides are quite portable and slide projection equipment is widely available at reasonable cost.

Bringing Your Files To Us for Output
If you REALLY want to create your own presentation, we can help you with that, too. We accept files in both Windows and MAC formats. See our PRESENTATION SECRETS for pointers on how to produce a successful presentation. Ask us for a quote if you'd like to review your final presentation and suggest some refinements.

It helps us to work more efficiently if you put no more than 36 slides in a single file. Bring us a copy of your original files, make sure there are not any unnecessary files on the disk and be sure to keep a backup copy of your files. Set your page setup/slide setup for 35mm slides. Put your name on the diskette or media cartridge. We'd like a hard copy printout of each slide so that we know what you expect them to look like (you can print up to 6 on a page using Powerpoint's "handout" feature).

If your files are too large to load onto 3 1/2" floppy disks, we can also read files from Syquest disks (44, 88, 200MB), Syquest EZ disks, Magneto-Optical (128 & 230), and CD-ROM. We can also archive your completed files for you.

Using Illustrations/Photographs
If you have used artwork that was created outside of the presentation software program, it is best to supply the artwork file in its native format. In other words, if you created artwork in Adobe Illustrator and placed it in PowerPoint, bring us the original Illustrator file. Often, although these files may print out on your laser printer correctly, that does not mean that they will print out correctly onto film or our digital printer. We can also add photos, printed materials, illustrations, logos, etc., to your slides. If you don't have the graphic you are looking for, give us a call, we may be able to add art to your slides from our image library.

Output Options
We offer high resolution slides from our superior output device, a Management Graphics Gemini. The slides have sharp type and clean smooth colors. Our normal turnaround time is one working day and faster service is often available with rush charges. We can also provide you with large format transparencies and high resolution color prints from your files or ours.
